The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from consultants to provide California Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) identification, monitoring, utilization coordination and reporting for current and future construction contracts on the new San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (SFOBB) East Span.
