The state of California is seek a contractor to finance, design, engineer, construct, install, operate and maintain 3rd Party owned solar photovoltaic power generating system at State host facilities under a site license agreement. The solar power generated will be delivered and sold to the State host facility under a power purchase agreement for a term of 20 years. Systems anticipated to be installed include roof mounted arrays, parking canopy systems, and one large ground mounted array.
